Another day at Celebrity Fitness and I saw Remy Ishak. Totally handsome. :)
I went to Celebrity Fitness like usual today. It’s a bit crowded, unlike all the other day, but only for about 30 minutes or so. Because afterwards, there are not that many people exercising. So, like usual, I started my exercises and run for about 5.5 km in about 30 minutes. And then, I do some steps until about 10 floors and followed with some weights training. In total, I burned about 500 cal. That’s quite an achievement for me actually. :D
To top it all, I saw somebody famous today in the gym. He’s one of my favorite Malaysian male actor because of his great acting skills. And he has great body too.
Remy Ishak, guys! Totally handsome.
And I just talked about him with my mother juust a few minutes before I met him. Hoho. Talk about my lucky day, ehh :)
